The work on the LIDER AI project begins

On 16 October 2026, the War Studies University (Akademia Sztuki Wojennej) signed a funding agreement with the National Centre for Research and Development (NCBR) for the project “LIDER AI - a programme for developing digital transformation leaders in artificial intelligence for security and logistics”. KenBIT is a partner in the project under the partnership agreement signed in September.

The project’s total eligible expenditure is PLN 5,231,246.50, of which PLN 4,316,824.61 (82.52%) is co-financed from European funds. Under the project, the University will launch two new specialisations in its second-cycle (Master’s) programmes: “Artificial Intelligence in State Security” in the National Security programme and “Artificial Intelligence in Logistics” in the Logistics in Supply Chains programme. The curricula will cover, among other things, advanced data analysis, machine learning, large language models (LLMs) and artificial intelligence systems used in strategic applications.

As a project partner, KenBIT will work with the University on developing the curricula and delivering training. We bring to the project our experience in building advanced IT systems and practical knowledge of implementing artificial intelligence algorithms.

In the 2027/2028 academic year, the project will include 90 students of the new specialisations, both civilian and military, as well as 31 academic teachers, including 4 doctoral students who teach classes.
