Request for Quotation No. 1/02/DH/2022
In connection with the research and development project carried out by KenBIT (contract no. DOB 003 RON ID1 2019), we announce on 07.02.2022 a request for quotation for the acquisition of an Inertial Measurement Unit with a fibre-optic gyrocompass KVH-1750 or KVH-1760 in the Housed version.
The delivery terms related to the request for quotation:
1. The device must be brand new.
2. The device must be available within 5 weeks from the date of announcement of the tender results and placement of the order.
3. The device must have parameters no worse than those specified in Appendix No. 1 to the Request for Quotation.
There is no possibility of submitting equivalent offers.

Among the received offers, the offer that achieves the highest number of points will be selected.
Scoring weights:
- 65% price,
- 35% delivery time.
Score calculation formula:
Price criterion:
In the price criterion, the highest number of points (65) will be awarded to the offer containing the lowest gross price, and each subsequent one according to the formula:
PC = (Cmin /Cb) *65
where:
PC – number of points obtained for the price criterion,
Cmin– lowest price among offers not subject to rejection,
Cb – price of the evaluated offer
Time criterion:
In the time criterion, the highest number of points (35) will be awarded to the offer containing the shortest delivery time counted in days, and each subsequent one according to the formula:
PT = (Tmin /Tb) * 35
where:
PT – number of points obtained for the time criterion,
Tmin – shortest delivery time among offers not subject to rejection,
Tb – delivery time of the evaluated offer
An offer not subject to rejection may receive a maximum of 100 points.
The number of points obtained during the offer evaluation will be calculated according to the formula:
PO = PC + PT
where:
PO – total number of all points obtained during the offer evaluation,
PC – number of points obtained for the price criterion,
PT – number of points obtained for the time criterion
The most advantageous offer will be the one with the highest point value.
In the event that two or more Contractors achieve the same highest point value, the Contracting Authority will select the offer with the lowest price value as the most advantageous.
If the offers exceed the Contracting Authority's budget, the Contracting Authority reserves the right to negotiate the order value.
Offers should be sent by e-mail to: kamil.koenig@kenbit.pl by 11.02.2022 by 10:00, using the offer form template constituting Appendix No. 2 to the Request for Quotation.
The selection of the most advantageous offer will be made on 14.02.2022.
This request for quotation does not constitute an offer to conclude an agreement within the meaning of the provisions of the Civil Code. Potential Contractors will not be entitled to assert any monetary or non-monetary claims against the Contracting Authority in connection with this request for quotation, including for costs and damages incurred by them, in particular in the event of its withdrawal from the proceedings or selection of another Contractor.
