MiG 29M aircraft flight simulator
The MiG-29M fighter flight simulator of the FMS (Full Mission Simulator) class is a modern pilot training system. It has been produced by the company KenBIT Sp. z o. o. and the Slovak company Virtual Reality Media.
The device is designed for full support of the MiG-29 pilot training process in the areas of: procedures for operating onboard equipment in the cockpit, performing VFR and IFR flights by day and by night in various weather conditions, performing combat flights, conducting radio correspondence, training of emergency procedures.
The cockpit in the simulator constitutes an accurate reproduction of the interior of the MiG-29M fighter aircraft. It is equipped with all indicators, controls, communication system and installation connectors. The simulator enables safe training of pilots in the area of air combat, object interception and mission execution. It allows for the safe practice of emergency situations, e.g. fire, engine and generator failure, pilot spatial disorientation. The training is aimed at teaching the pilot's reflexive actions in emergency situations.

Easy operation.
The software provides simulation of all combat, piloting and navigational operations (VFR, IFR, VMC, IMC) taking into account flights in formation with virtually generated objects. The aircraft simulator enables on-line cooperation with simulators integrated in a common network environment based on the High Level Architecture (HLA) in accordance with STANAG 46031.

The instructor conducting the pilot's training has the ability to control the virtual simulation environment, meteorological and tactical conditions, as well as the technical parameters of the virtual aircraft.
It is possible to train selected tasks in the area of combat or emergency procedures. After the training session, it is possible to replay events in order to analyse the pilot's actions and correct undesirable reflexes. In the conducted simulations, it is possible to introduce fixed and moving ground targets as well as many types of aircraft.
The system utilises the characteristics of various types of weapon systems found in the equipment of MiG-29M aircraft.

Realistic reproduction of the space visible from the cockpit is ensured by the use of 6 spherical projectors rendering high-resolution images on the hemispherical screen surrounding the cockpit.
The simulation covers the entire territory of Poland, with particular emphasis (higher accuracy) on nine military airfields, including those in Mińsk Mazowiecki, Powidz, Radom, Dęblin, Łask, Krzesiny. It also enables flights in an artificially generated virtual space.
